Zoom Meditation and Message Circles
These circles are similar to the Seances that Fred and I hosted for many years at the Sedona Creative Life Center. If you have attended any of our Seances you already know how accurate Spirit is while bringing through their messages for me to relate to you. You will also receive healing on all different levels depending on what you need whether it be on a physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual level. Fred starts us off with a very relaxing meditation to bring our energy up. Then, I will follow with messages from Spirit, Loved Ones, Guides, Angels, and any higher beings wishing to connect with you to give you a meaningful and helpful message to help you along your path. Just be open to what is coming through for you at the present time. It may not make sense until a future time. Just remember the information that's given to you. It will assist you through whatever that event may be coming at a later date.

Chakras are the energy centers of the body. They are located in the Astral body, along the spine, starting at its base and running upwards to the crown of the head. The Astral body is the energy body residing inside our physical body. Each physical body part has a corresponding Astral body part. The Astral body cannot be seen nor touched. This is also a reason why we cannot see the chakras.
The chakras radiate a specific color and energy, and each one coincides with a gland in the physical body. Since each chakra relates to specific spiritual, emotional, psychological, and physical aspects of our being, it is believed that their blockage or malfunction can lead to physical, psychological, and emotional disorders. The conscious awareness and balancing of these energy centers, on the other hand, is believed to lead to well being and good health.
